How to Use Kelowna Business Directory to List your Business
Register:
First you will need to Register to create an Account.
You Can Simply Click on Register and fill in the form.
Click on Create to create your Account.
You will be sent an Email with a Link to Verify your Email address. Once you click on this link you will be logged in.
You will then be asked to Verify your Mobile Phone number. Our system will send you a 4 digit code to enter.
Once you enter the Code you will be Verified with both your email address and your mobile number.
Registering your Mobile Phone number is an extra Validation to protect your Account and Business Listing.
*Note* in some cases your verification email may not be in your inbox. Check your spam or junk email folder.
Login:
Simply Click on Login
Enter your Email address or Mobile Phone number and Password and click Log in.
Forgot Your Password: Click Forgot password? and then enter your Email address or Mobile Phone number to receive an email to reset your password.
List You Business:
Now your Logged in and you should see your Name or Company Name in the Top Menu beside My Account Logout.
Now Click on List Your Business.
You will then see the Add your business Form
Describe about your business: About the Business. Describe what your Business Offers and its Services.
Business Name: The Name of your Business
Category: Select a Sub-Category under the Main Category Business.
If there is no Sub-Category for your business type, then simply select the Main Category Business.
You can request a Sub-Category for your Business type if none exists after your Business is Added .
Simply Click on Contact Us and a Moderator will add this Sub-Category for you and move your Business Listing for you.
Business Owners Full Name: Your First and Last Name - Leave blank if you don't want to show your Name.
Business Phone: Your Landline or Cell Phone Number. Leave this blank if you don't want to receive Calls.
Business Email: Your Business email so that you can recieve Get Quote emails from Customers.
Your email address is hidden and will only show when you click on Reply to the Customers.
Business Website: If you have a Business Website enter the URL here. If you don't have a Website leave this blank.
example: https://yourdomain.ca or http://yourdomain.ca changing of course the "yourdomain.ca" to your own name.
Business Time: Here you Set your Business Operating Time.
Only Click on the Closed box if you are closed that day or day's.
Business Location:
Region: Select British Columbia
City: Select Kelowna or West Kelowna
Street address: Enter your Business Address so that the Map will allow Customers to get directions to your business.
If you leave this blank then the Map will not show.
Business Gallery: Click or Drop in this dotted box to upload Photos of your Business.
We allow 3 Images for your Business Listing.
Publish: Once your Satisfied with your Business Listing Click Publish and your Business Listing is Live.
If you find after you need to make a change, no problem.
Simply click on Edit to open the Business Listing Form and make your changes and then Click Publish.
Your Business Listing is now Live and will be indexed by Google, Bing and the other Search engines within 24 Hours.
Your Business Listing here on Kelowna Business Directory will never expire.
About your Account and Business Listing:
If you decide later that you don't want the Business Listing you can delete it at anytime.
You can also delete your Registered User Account at anytime as well.
Note that if you delete your User Account you will also be deleting your Business Listing that is linked to your account.
Question or Concerns about your Listing:
You can Contact Us anytime you have a problem with your listing or Questions about your Account.
Simply Click on Contact Us and a Moderator will reply to you within 24Hrs.
